iPhone 4 and iOS 4 release date information

Apple's new iPhone, the iPhone 4 was announced on June 7th 2010 and has will have various release dates, we have put together the latest information we know on the release dates, including the release date of iOS 4.

iOS 4 will be released worldwide on June 21st 2010 for free, for more information on iOS 4 read our article on it here.

Apple has said that the iPhone 4 will be available in 88 countries by the end of September.

In the UK, US, France, Germany and Japan the iPhone 4 will be available on June 24th 2010 with pre-orders starting on June 15th.

By the end of July Apple has said the iPhone will be available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

In terms of pricing, Apple has suggested the US retail price on a contract with AT&T is $199 for the 16GB version and $299 for the 32GB version. International pricing is still to be announced.
