T-Mobile is a well respected network, with many claiming high levels of customer service and flexibility. The company also has excellent coverage and truly competitive packages on offer.

T-Mobile was formed out of Deutsche Telekom in 1990, developing a mobile network that would grow to cover vast areas of Europe and the United States. The network operates in eleven European countries. T-Mobile has 128.3 million subscribers, making it the world's eighth largesT-Mobile phone service provider by subscribers and the third largest multinational after the United Kingdom's Vodafone and Spain's Telefónica.

The company has a great reputation for staying ahead in the technology stakes, striving to develop new technology and to be first to market with these developments. T-Mobile was the firsT-Mobile network to offer a pay as you go plan in the UK, making the mobile phone accessible to millions who would not otherwise be able to afford a mobile phone. The network was also the first to set up picture messaging, allowing its customers to share moments for the very first time.

T-Mobile has 99% 2G network coverage in the UK, giving the company great signal throughout the UK. The company has also worked hard to give 84% 3G coverage in the UK, which is a good development to keep up with the uptake of digital network providers. In a vested effort to offer customers the highest levels of service T-Mobile also offer the worlds largest Wi-Fi network, with over 1200 hotspots in the Uk and around 21,000 worldwide.

The brand itself is highly recognisable, with advertising campaigns which have caused great interest and brand awareness. T-Mobile currently sponsors West Bromwich Albion football club, who have recently played in the top English football division, The Premier League. More recently T-Mobile has been greatly discussed after advertising campaigns involving everyday people in large scale impromptu dancing and singing events.

In terms of price plans T-Mobile is very competitive, offering deals across pay as you go, monthly contracts, free sims and mobile broadband. Pay monthly deals are available from £15 offering varied combinations of call time and texts. With its Flext plan T-Mobile offers the chance for its customers to select and build price plans that are ideal for their usage. Mobile broadband access is available from £15, as with other networks this is mobile key access. For £25 a month T-Mobile provides broadband access with a free HP or Asus laptop.

Overall T-Mobile is a well respected network, with many claiming high levels of customer service and flexibility. The company also has excellent coverage and truly competitive packages on offer. Some may argue that the company is great at sorting out queries and problems, where as others believe these issues should not arise in the first place. T-Mobile has a very large number of loyal customers, the company is recommended by many and provides an excellent overall mobile and internet package, whatever your requirements.
